Chrome Window Borders Disappear

This only happens on occasion, but I have absolutely no idea why. Every so often (sometimes once every other day, other times once every month), I'll be using Google Chrome, and the Window Chrome will just completely disappear (if the window is maximized, the Unity Bar and Menu Bar will disappear as well). I have to full-screen (f11) the browser and turn off full-screen for the chrome to re-appear, only for the whole process to repeat a few minutes later. Google returns absolutely nothing, and I've been searching for an answer on and off for months.

Using Ubuntu 14.04 LTS, Unity, Compiz 0.9.11.
