I am assisting in an install 300 miles away on a Dell desktop. I provided the USB image which has been successful on 4 installations. The installer has followed my instructions exactly and has provided pictures of the screens. The install proceeds without problems until the Time Zone select and then has a halt with a pop up I have never seen. He has started the install several times and always fails at the Time Zone Screen. His screens indicate he has internet connectivity and has even connected directly to his cable modem bypassing his router. Query what this popup is indicating is at issue with the install.
