Uninstalling Ubuntu 13.10?

Wondering how to uninstall Ubuntu 13.10. i dont have any other OS on this PC, but i simply want to uninstall Ubuntu so i can install Windows 7. Any help on how to uninstall Ubuntu without a Windows CD?

Just erase/reformat the Linux partitions with any bootable Disk Management Utility. You can use Gparted from ubuntu live DVD/USB...

You don't need to "uninstall" an operating system. Just use the Windows 7 installer to erase the disk and install there.
