My hardware: ASROCK ALIVE NF7G mobo with Athlon 64 X2 5000+; NVIDIA Geforce 7050 on board; 4G RAM, 120G free on hard drive
currently running XP SP3
I downloaded and installed Trusty to my PC; the installation went fine but at random (frequent) intervals the screen goes haywire with horizontal lines,...
eventually (sometimes) it takes me to a barely legible login screen - great except there is no response to mouse or keyboard.
help please?
UPDATE: I used the live USB to do an update; and IT BROKE GRUB!
