I am not sure whether the links given on this page are for final release or for beta? Can anybody guide please.

From a quick look - I see no link at all - so it could well be either - or possibly a link to Feisty Fawn ;)

Don't panic! I have copies of Feisty Fawn live CDs here if needed, both regular Ubuntu and Kubuntu..... :D

They're available for testing.
