ubuntu install doesn't continue

hello

i am installing ubuntu 12.04.4 and if it asked keyboard settings it dont continune.
my cursor is always loading and the green cd led is not lithing up then it is not using the dvd.
it say nothing.
it show my desktop and the installing window with keyboard settings that i have set on english.
and i think formatting and copieing is done.
and my pc is with it is installing to screensaver mode.
and my system first i used on my pc linux mint 15.
and its not crashed, mouse works, can open apps, can open maps, etc
can anyone help my please?
