What is "GnoMenu"? From where does one get it?

GnoMenu (https://launchpad.net/gnomenu) is a fully functional modern menu that supports themes.

Thanks!
Maybe "GnoMenu currently supports Gnome-Panel, Avant-Window-Navigator, Cairo-Dock, Docky, XfApplet, Kde Plasma and in the system tray" gives a hint. You may need to first install some of the stuff listed above. Maybe GnoMenu wasn't written with LXDE in mind?

The other thing I notice is that the last update was in 2011.
