I've been running Desktop for about a year and am now building a server. But it's been about a year since I've done an install.

I downloaded the 13.10 server iso and created a bootable USB drive using Unetbootin. When I boot it up I get a blue VGA looking screen all the options listed below. Is that normal? It seems like there are a lot of duplicates. Which is the right one to just simple install the server?

Also I noticed if I set up my BIOS to boot a "UEFI USB drive" before just "USB drive" when it boots I get a different screen. It's just a GRUB loader many fewer options.

Should I be booting the USB as UEFI or non UEFI?
