Im running a Toshiba Satellite L300 Windows 7 Professional Intel Core 2 Duo CPU T5800.

My question is, Could I install Ubuntu only using the .iso file?

Thanks,
Me

Your question is not clear.
Do you want to install Ubuntu directly from the .iso file on the HDD? This could be useful if you don't readily have a DVD or USB to burn the .iso to.

If that is what you want then see THIS (http://agnipulse.com/2011/08/install-ubuntu-hard-disk/).
