install ubuntu on Acer Inconia W3 uefi 32 bit problem

I have problem to install ubuntu on my Acer Inconia W3 - i disabled secured boot, set up device pritority but USB ist booting. What i googled is, that this tablet has 32 bit uefi boot loader and ubuntu or linux in general have problem with it. Is there any chance to isntall ubuntu on this machine ?
