How can I make icons, menu etc to manage Wi-Fi and Ethernet links in xfce4 desktop environment like gnome-network-manager in Lubunty desktop environment.
I can't find applets or plugins or packets for this option.

It may depend on the version of Xubuntu/xfce you're using but make sure you have the Indicator plugin in your panel and if not add it with a Right click-> Panel ->Add new items ->Indicator plugin

Yes, I see this indicator, but I need indicator with manage on -off function for Wi-Fi link not only for control its activity without changing.

What happens when you left click on the network icon?

I get what you see in the screenshot below, and though this is on my cable connected desktop, the same is true of my wireless laptop, with the available wireless connections, and enable/disable wireless also showing.
