I just installed mythbuntu 12.04.2. I left everything at the default values and installed without partitioning the drive (4TB). Everything appeared to install correctly. I was asked to remove the disc and hit enter to restart. I did this and I got the following error: Out of disk grub. I was pretty frustrated and just shut the computer off so I'm not 100% sure that was the wording of the error. I will install again, but can someone tell me why I got that error? And should I manually set the partitions? If so can you suggest sizes for the 4TB drive. I will use this only for mythbuntu, no windows or dual boot. I will copy some movies to the drive and want to keep as much space as I can for saving recordings. How large should I make the swap drive and the other partitions? Also should I leave the video output as default and change it to my video card after the install or change it during the install? I've had mythbuntu for about 5 years, but it crashed really hard during an update and would not restart. I completely wiped the hard drive so it is clear. I won't be able to try anything for about 20 hours or so, but will be reading any posts as they come in. Thank you in advance for any help.

I would create something small like a 50G partition for myth and set up a data partition for your A/V collection.

Also we are up to 12.04.4 these days, so expect a big update after the install.
