Hello,

I have just wiped and re-installed Libreoffice on my computer (Linux Mint 16). It woks fine, but the user interface now looks different. The icons on the toolbars are different, the menus appear simpler (more flat and grey) and the ‘Save’ and ‘Open’ dialog boxes are less easy on the eye. Here’s a screenshot:

I can’t explain how they are different because I can’t remember, in detail, how they looked before. However I remember the Dialog box (in the picture) had shortcuts on the left that were the same as those in Nautilus(/Caja) and it was a bit larger and easier to use with a pull-down list of file extensions at the bottom. The icons on the toolbar were colour and larger and I seem to remember the menus as having a bit more eye-candy.
I have had a long look through the options and can’t see what has changed.
I don’t think I am dreaming things. What am I doing wrong? How do I get the ‘prettier’ appearance back?
Thanks,
Oli.
