PuTTY Fatal Erro and Minicom

Hello everybody,

I am trying connecting to Cisco Router and Switch device through PuTTY and Minicom.

I did exactly all the required steps and changes but no success.

Hello,

Minicom is working perfectly, the reason is i should have root privilege.

But please i need help regarding to Putty until now i can't connect.
