Hello everyone,
I don't know if I use the right terms about "gnome shell". I'm talking about the screen appearing when clicking on activities (with the search zone).
So when I begin to type a new search, the screen flickers 2-3 times and comes back to the desktop. I have to click again on activities and type again my search, and this time, it works.
Of course, as soon as I work on a window and want to type a new search, I have to do it twice. Frustrating.
My computer is a toshiba satellite with 2 GC managed by bumblebee. My ubuntu is 13.10 64 bits with gnome3 and gdm.
I don't know if it's related, but I have no background either (I opened another thread for that).
My 13.10 is new and I can't find any working desktop environment (unity does'nt work, nor cinnamon).
