hi all,

I've a hard time installing teamviewer quicksupport.
I've dowloaded the .tar.gz file from url (http://www.teamviewer.com/nl/download/linux.aspx)
I've uncompressed the .tar.gz file, and searched for the readme too give me an idea.
I couldn't find a readme or configure.ac file, maybe it is too obvious so there is no need for explanations, but i don't know how.

can someone help me out?
i don't want to install an other teamviewer version. I do not want the the full teamviewer version because it needs sudo rights to run.

thanks already

Did you have any luck running this? I just want a shortcut icon on the desktop but am struggling with this. It seems we have to create a batch file to run the program. Why is it so complicated just to run a program... :)

I tried making a script file and I also made the file executable. People say double-click the .sh file and an option to run it in Terminal will appear. Not on my Ubuntu 14.04, it always appears in gedit!

Any ideas?
