i can download packages regarding kernel 3.13.0
for me, i need the 64bits packages.

What i want to know is, is it safe to install the 3 required packages?
i am not waiting for a complete reinstall

in other words, i want to install kernel 3.13.0 on (k)ubuntu 13.10. can i do that safely?
