Nagios, ncof plugin cannot find config files

Hello

I am trying to installing Nconf plugin to add host using the web interface. And I cannot install the plugin it comes with the error message saying the the config are not present. I tried following the tutorial here: http://www.linuxreaders.com/2009/07/nconf-installation-configuration.html.

I have installed Nagios Core with no problems I can access from the browser.

I know that I ncof is unable to find those files I tried search but could not file them.
