Updating QT to 4.8.5 on precise

Ubuntu 12.04.3. In reference to: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=329793 Can someone please provide detailed & explicit instructions as to how to upgrade to Qt 4.8.5. I've spent all morning and part of the afternoon trying to find the solution.
