Open the software center and locate "flashplugin-installer, or flash, or abode flash.
Install that package.
Or in a terminal

sudo apt-get install flashplugin-installer
It does exactly what it's name says.

Can you give us a more detailed explanation about your problem? What is it that you need help with in Flash?
