Hello,

I'm new to Ubuntu and just installed Ubuntu 13.10, however it won't boot and only a blank screen. After using boot-repair, now I get the boot menu. Select the 1st (i.e. default) entry still a blank screen. However, select advanced and go into rescue mode can get me to the initramfs prompt. Don't know if this is grub problem or not. Can anyone help? The boot-info is here http://paste.ubuntu.com/6703668

Thanks.

Thanks. I ran boot-repair again and this time it works! Don't know why. http://ubuntuforums.org/images/icons/icon11.png
