I dont want to enter after every crash my sudo password. Is it possible to tic somewhere and all bug reports will be collected automatically?

Yes.
See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Apport#How_to_enable_apport
Automatic bug reporting is disabled for a reason. If you turn it on, please be sure you are doing it for the right reasons.

You can upgrade to 13.10 although it will take a modicum of work.
