Need help stting up permissions please ?

running Ubuntu 12,04 LTS ... I have three accounts, let say A1, A2 and A3 ...


I would like A1 to have full access and full permissions on A1, A2 and A3 ...

I would like A2 to have full access and full permissions on A2 and A3 ...

I would like A3 to have only access to A3 itself ...

Then I would like to delete the groups permissions ...


how to write this in a terminal line command please ?

yes and no ... it's a powerful computer with multi-usages : home computer for my wife and son (A2 and A3) and I'm using it to develop websites and apps (I'm A1), which explains why I want my account be secured ...
