Transparent background

Please help! My Ubuntu is transparent, when i'm playing a game or surfing the web some parts of the screen are transparent and I can see the desktop. What do I do, I tried settings, appearance. Help... Thanks.

Screenshot please, if possible. It may be a Compiz setting you've accidentally engaged (simple,) or something graphics related (complicated.) Anyone here can tell from a screenshot whether or not it's simply a Compiz setting. ("Some parts of the screen" is suspect - Compiz would evenly render the entire window as transparent, but a screenshot will still help greatly.)
