During Instillation "ubi-console-setup failed with exit code 1" Choosing Keyboard

Hello,

I just bought my friends Dell Inspiron M5030 and tried installing Ubuntu on it, but I end up getting "ubi-console-setup failed with exit code 1" when choosing my keyboard layout, no matter what layout I pick. I can only choose to quit or continue with the error, and if I do I get "Installer crashed" at "Configuring Keyboard". Does anyone know why this occurs?

How do you create your Live-usb or Live-dvd?
Maybe there is a corrupt file on it.
Download it again and make a new one.
