Upgrade to obsolte evolution

My Ubuntu Linux system works with Ubuntu 13.10
$ uname -r
3.11.0-13-generic
When I execute
$ sudo apt-get upgrade evolution
I get evolution 3.8.4
On https://bugzilla.gnome.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=Evolution
I see however that Evolution 3.8.4 is osolate. "3.8.x(obsolete)"
My evolution 3.8.4 crash often.
How can I get Evolution 3.10.x?
