Configuring proxy during installation

Hi friends,

This is more a suggestion.

I use Ubuntu 12.04.3 in some machines and all of them will be connected to internet through Proxy. I think is a good idea to permit to configure the proxy during installation.

And more, when the installation program find wireless connection, is better if the configuration of this comes before to check if we want update the system during installation.
