New 13.10 Install on an HP Z220 Pastebin from boot repair below:

and parted -l

Sector size (logical/physical): 512B/512B

Number Start End Size File system Name Flags
1 1049kB 512MB 511MB fat32 boot
2 512MB 768MB 256MB ext2
3 768MB 1000GB 999GB
Warning: Unable to open /dev/sr0 read-write (Read-only file system). /dev/sr0
has been opened read-only.
Error: Can't have a partition outside the disk!
Seems kinda odd. When I reboot I get non system disk or disk error either trying to boot to legacy HD or EFI ubuntu / HD
Any ideas?
