Modifying Ambiance: Middle of the Progress Bar

I can't seem to find out where to change the middle of the progress bar.

They (and other things like radio buttons, ect.) use what's in /usr/share/themes/Ambiance/gtk-3.0/assets
Whether you can get away with altering the various .png's you'd have to see, otherwise look in the theme's gtk-widgets-borders.css & the other 2 gtk-widget css files
