Hi all - first time poster looking for some help.

My problem isn't a big one - mostly aesthetic, but still annoying. When I have a Firefox window maximized, it will often display an extra title bar (complete with an extra set of close/max/min buttons) below the standard one in the top panel. This occurs on-and-off, with no real pattern.

I'm not sure whether it's a Unity issue or a Firefox issue - it hasn't happened with any other programs.

Here's what I'm running:

12.04 Precise Pangolin
Unity 5.20.0
Firefox 25.0

Anybody else experience this? Any fixes? Thanks.

Hi there, I had the same problem. I solved it by disabling Unity MT Grab Handles in CompizConfig settings manager.

I solved it by disabling Unity MT Grab Handles in CompizConfig settings manager. To install CompizConfig settings manager:
sudo apt-get install compizconfig-settings-manager
