13.04 to 13.10 upgrade - phpmyadmin 404 not found

Hi,

Upgrade from 13.04 to 13.10 caused my localhost to throw a 404 - I solved this using this; https://httpd.apache.org/docs/current/upgrading.html

However, I am also getting a 404 for phpmyadmin.
Can anyone tell me how I might solve that?
