Problem finding torrent client in applications using Firefox.

I just did a clean install of Ubuntu 13.10. Added encryption to home files this time. I downloaded qbittorrent also Transmission on board. Tried to download magnet and was asked to pick download application. Hit choose button and search files for the applications and cannot find them. I ran 13.4 for the last eight months it was no problem finding apps. Can you tell me where the files might be? Is encryption the problem? Thanks

Install 'flashgot' extension/addon in firefox.

/usr/bin/transmission-gtk

Choose it once and tick the settings to remember it !
