make flash drive from dvd install disc

I just got the dvd install disc of 13.10 which i successfully loaded into my desktop and now would like to make a flash drive to install into my netbook laptop.Are there any easy tutorials to step me through the process?

Just use Startup Disk Creator and follow the instructions:

I've had a little better luck with Unetbootin (found in the repositories) but I'm sure Startup Disk Creator will work as well.
