I recently upgraded to 13.10 and now I have two network icons in the tray. I have also had an issue where a box pops up occasionally asking if I want to connect to a network. It has three boxes to click which say connect, cancel, cancel, and ok from left to right and whichever one I click on leads to the same box opening again. It opens three or four times before it goes away and no combination of choices seems to get the network to connect. This has happened only a few times so far but I assume it might be connected. Both issues are visible in this screenshot.
