Structuring Python Source Code For Release On Launchpad

Hi, I have been writing some programs in python that I would like to release on launchpad. So far the programs are just simple files containing code and classes. I have a launchpad ppa. But I have no idea on how I should structure my source code directory before sending it to launchpad. I don't know the file structure I need or any additional files I need to create to accompany it. Can someone please point me in the right direction?

Ok, i've found that the program quickly can help me create my programs. Although I cannot find any documentation on how to use the ubuntu-cli template. Does anyone know where I can find documentation for the template? :-k
