I've got Ubuntu 13.04. I'm trying to install some software called lThor, but it says it needs libarchive12. I need to use lThor to transfer Intel's new Tizen operating system to my phone.
When I try to install libarchive12 I get the below message. Does anyone have any ideas? Is libarchive12 not supported on the latest version of Ubuntu?
$ sudo apt-get install libarchive12

This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or

E: Package 'libarchive12' has no installation candidate
