Cinnamon doesn't load themes nor icons

Hi
My issue this week is that i'm unable to modify the themes and icons, which i didn't select, from tweak tools. This trouble began this week. I will post a picture of how it looks my ubuntu 13.04 now. What can i do?

Look in Themes > Other Settings . The gnome tweak tool no longer works in Cinnamon 2.0 it is now its own desktop environment.
