In Gnome 3.8 there is a "zoom to desktop" effect after the GDM login screen.
I'd like to revert to the old (3.4) behavior where you just see the wallaper after login, without any transition effects. However I couldn't find any option to disable it either in the settings panel, or in the Gnome Tweak Tool, or via dconf-editor. Also, a cursory glance at the files in /usr/share/gnome-shell/js/ui was unproductive.
Can you help me get rid of this effect?
