1. I do no see any buttons in this WYSIWYG editor (OS X 10.9 GM (13A598), Chrome Версия 30.0.1599.101) so sorry, I can't format this post... (Check my screenshot here: https://docs.google.com/file/d/0BxQVmVubYhGrVWp1b1phaXRTazQ/edit?usp=sharing)
2. I tried to update 13.04 => 13.10 and got this error:

I clicked to view details (list of packages, which he going to remove), but he returned me error. I would to view this list and remove them. How to do that?
