Error upgrading to Saucy

Using Lubuntu I get this error with sudo apt-get dist-upgrade



E: The package linux-headers-3.8.0-30 needs to be reinstalled, but I can't find an archive for it.

What can I do?

Did you run the sudo apt-get update just before the dist-upgrade? Might help.
