Everytime I upgrade my virtualbox and it updates its kernel modules, I must goto console, install the open-source video driver, then reinstall proprietary ati driver from scratch. It's not that annoying by itself but it's really not a normal behaviour. Can I prevent my proprietary driver modules get messed-up everytime I update vmware?
