Need a push, need install help for Lubuntu 13.04 Desktop. I'm stuck right up front at: BusyBox built in shell, cursor flashing after, (initramfs)

Is this what it's supposed to do? Is there a specific command to start full install using 100% of HD?

I was able to locate and download and Alternate version and it is loading normally,

After you downloaded the ISO did you check the MD5Sum?

It is possible that you have a bad download.

I selected Verify after burning, using win7. also happened on lu ver 12.

That will not check the .iso file itself, only that the burn matches the .iso file you have, so it is definitely worth checking the md5sum and if it doesn't match download again, preferably with a torrent client which will check the file as it downloads.
