Yep I can see Apple using this technology in the near future. Only problem I can see is,, Apple will copyright hand gestures. Walking down the street and see a friend? Don't wave at them,, Apple will sue. :):):)

I would imagine the inventer (Elliptic Labs) have already patented this. So Apple would have to either buy them and their patent or pay licencing fees.

Expect Android phones.. Apple will not touch this.. Plans could already me in the work to produce phones in South Korea.
