Icons going crazyyy!

Hi folks just installed a fresh copy of Xubuntu 13.04 last night.
My icons are going crazy at each sign in / log in they are in spots I did not put them in.

I tried Chattr command.. That didnt work...

Any suggestions? its driving me nuts lol.
