View Full Version : How to make bootable DVD/ .iso

I wish to copy Ubuntu Instalation dvd. but by mistake i just copied all the contents of the dvd (Open dvd - ctrl+c - ctrl+v in my Hard disk) into my hard disk and the DVD has been lost.
now i want to make a bootable dvd or just .iso file by this files. is it possible?
if yes plz help me.

It will be difficult to make a bootable .iso from the contents of the DVD you copied to the Hard Disk. Why don't you just download a fresh .iso from HERE (http://www.ubuntu.com/download/desktop) or Torrent HERE (recommended) (http://www.ubuntu.com/download/alternative-downloads)?
