The recently uploaded kernels at http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v3.11.4-saucy/ and http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v3.10.15-saucy/ are missing the all.deb files...

This has now been fixed. The builds are now dated 8 Oct rather than 5 Oct and the all.deb files are there.
