How can I having an animation, which "looks like a cigars smoke"?
Sorry! I do not know what is the exact name of the animation.
Thant's why I used "looks like cigar's smoke".

The animation is:
When we maximized an application, the application will be maximized in "looks like a cigar's smoke" style (Expand).
When we minimized the application, the application will be minimized in an opposite direction. (Shrink).
If my memory is right, the animation is looks like OS X desktop animation.

Please guide me ...
thanx

Currently, I'm using 12.04 LTS Pangolin with Classic DE + Cairo-Dock installed
and I have CompizConfig Settings Manager installed

I don't have a clue what you are asking, but .... perhaps you could create it with Blender. https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Blender

You are probably thinking of the "Wave" or "Magic Lamp Wavy" animation.
In CCSM go to Effects/Animations and select the appropriate tab for maximize/minimize windows.

Just edit the (type=Normal | Unknown) entry and select an animation.
Give the man a cigar......no smoke though :p
