I updated my BIOS, and I can only boot into Windows, so I need to reinstall grub to get Ubuntu back. The problem is, I created a live usb, and it boots fine, but when I try to run ubuntu with out installing, or even select the install option, it won't work. All I get is a black screen with some stuff, but it does nothing after that. I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but the first time I tried, I was able to boot with out installing ubuntu, and tried reinstalling grub, but I still can't get to ubuntu. After that first attempt, the menu in the live usb looked different, and wouldn't work. If anybody knows how I can fix this or even reinstall grub from Windows or something, I would really appreciate it. (Never mind, it turns out that it has nothing to do with that, but with the fact that my bios settings got changed, I have it working now, and got ubuntu back no problem)
