fixed the sources for now but would like to fix the issue. upgrade halted on reboot, 12.10 is installed but system still thinks its 12.04. where is the distribution information (i have searched the net and these forums but have not come up with a solution). upgrade distribution still comes up 12.10, i have run it a few times but as the system is 12.10, it only installs updates not the whole system (calculating changes results in only a few if any files, the process completes but the system still thinks it is 12.04.) is there another location for the distribution sources.lst information and if so where is it?
