I wonder if someone has run into this same thing and might be able to provide some insight:

On my little zbox running 13.04 64-bit, XBMC shows the background image and DVD cover image for a particular movie (Harry and the Hendersons, but it really shouldn't matter). I copied everything to another external drive for (1) backup and (2) test the Pi.

This same exact folder structure, names, files, etc., when on the Pi, does not show the background image or the DVD cover for the same movie.

Both are XBMC Frodo 12.2, and using the same scapers.

Any ideas?

You know, the Raspberry Pi works great as a media center, but the zbox really isn't anywhere close to be acceptable performance as a general purpose PC for me. I built a new computer and will be giving the zbox to my sister and brother in-law as the media center. I still would like to know the answer to this though, as I will be passing along the Pi media center to someone else.

Anyone have any ideas?
